Hopefully there is not too much to write here.

We want to keep things simple, no contracts with our customers we will do the work for them as required.

They will own all of the work we do for them with some caveats around any shared code we use to implement them which we will retain the rights to but they can use.

We will setup customers with their own gitlab or github account and sync the latest code to a fork they own.

This means customers could leave at any time but hopefully won’t if our service is excellent.

If a customer would like to prioritise there work with us or if they know they will need us on a regular basis we can look at some form of maintenance fee.
