Clans

Our clans are made up of all of the roles you need to complete a project, there will always be a mix of experiences but it is the clan leaders responsibility to level everybody up in the clan.

Some clans may have people taking on multiple roles if the team is small enough or if the project is small enough too.

Clan Leaders

Your role is to help the rest of the clan with what they are working on. You are the life blood of the clan, showing interest in whatever anyone in the clan is doing and making sure that what the clan is producing gets live as soon as possible to get customer feedback in whatever rough form it is in.

Clan Customer Liaisons

Your role is to be the bridge to the customer, keeping them up to date with progress and fielding questions from the customers and the rest of the Clan.

You will meet with them face to face alongside other members of the Clan.

Clan Testers

Your role is to check everything that goes out of the door, this is not your soul responsibility but that of the clan. Your role is to catch as many potential issues before any work makes it to the customer. Keeping a “pragmatic hat” on at all times.

Senior Clan Members

Your role is to help the Clan Leaders and Juniors to do their roles the best they can. Answering lots of questions and documenting as much as you can.

Junior Clan Members

Your role is to get stuck in and ask lots of questions and to learn as much as you can from the Seniors and Leaders.
